Commission payments go through Ko-Fi, Artistree or directly through Paypal.

At least half payment is expected upfront. The other half is expected after the commission is completed, when the client receives a watermarked version of the commission as proof of completion. Full payment upfront is appreciated, but not required.

After the second payment has been received, the client will receive the unwatermarked version of their commission.

Turnover for commissions is max. 2 weeks, unless otherwise specified.

Client will receive a first draft sketch, after initial payment has been made, for review. Requests to change the pose, expression, etc, can only be processed in this stage. After this stage has been completed and the client has given their approval, fundamental changes to the artwork can no longer be requested. Changes such as the color of a garment or minor details like earrings can still be requested in subsequent stages.

I reserve the right to reject a commission if I choose to, or to terminate a commission agreement, if for example the client displays inappropriate behavior. If the latter happens, the client will receive a refund.

If the client decides to terminate the commission agreement BEFORE receiving the first draft sketch, the client is eligible for a full refund.

If the client decides to terminate the commission agreement AFTER receiving the first draft sketch, the upfront payment will not be refunded, but the client will still receive the commission in its uncompleted state.
